RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within five working days of receipt of order.

• The item(s) should be in its original, unopened/Sealed packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.
• In case of open unit returns/refund is not applicable. We regret that items in the following categories cannot be returned/refunded.

• Cartridges & Toners

Claim any damaged, wrong, or missing items on delivery within 1 working day, in this case we will send you a replacement product after receiving old product without any extra charge.

• Please contact Customer Service by email afzamin@hotmail.com before sending the item.
• We have the rights to verify the goods are in good enough condition to qualify for a return.
• Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened (in any case) we cannot return the item.
